  • Do we do free estimates ?

    As a small business, we do not offer free estimates due to the time and resources required for each inspection. However, the cost of the inspection is credited toward the total price of the job if you choose to proceed with our services. For example, a standard inspection starts at $125 (subject to adjustment based on travel distance). If the full job costs $500, the initial $125 inspection fee will be applied to that amount, reducing your remaining balance to $375.

  • How willing are we to negotiate prices ?

    We always present our best price upfront, ensuring you receive the most cost-effective option for the required work and materials.

  • What does our schedule look like ?

    Due to the nature of our scheduling. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis, which means the only set appointment time is typically for the first client of the day. For all other appointments, exact timing can vary based on how the day progresses.

  • What are our hours ?

    Our business hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We are committed to providing prompt and reliable service during these times and appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our operating schedule.

  • What payment types do we accept ?

    For your convenience, we accept multiple forms of payment, including cash, check, credit or debit card, Venmo, and Cash App. We aim to make the payment process as easy and flexible as possible for all of our clients.
